The application is open December 17, 2025 to January 23, 2026
Landlords in Los Angeles County are eligible.
Tenants can refer their landlord by filling out information about their landlord here.
You cannot be evicted based on your immigration status.
If your landlord is threatening you based on your immigration status, and you live in a city with tenant anti-harassment protections,
your landlord is likely in violation of those protections.
It may also be a violation of state law, you can file a complaint with the state civil rights department.
