Stay Housed LA offers renters information and educational workshops to learn about and understand their rights and to help prevent eviction. We also offer free legal services to eligible tenants who are currently going through the eviction process.

Bet Tzedek is a legal services organization that provides free legal help, education and information to Angelenos. We are putting on an educational presentation on May 1, 2024 from 2pm to 3:30pm for Tenants who were served with an eviction notice and failed to respond by filing a court answer.  As a tenant, when you fail to file a court answer, the landlord will automatically win their eviction case and have the right to have the Sheriff come to your home and remove you.  Don't let this happen to you.  Learn how to stop this before it gets to this point.

Bet Tzedek is holding a Virtual Attorney Tenant Housing Consultation Clinic at 2pm on May 20, 2024.  Talk to an Attorney for free and learn what to do so you can preserve your rights.
